So I have been in China for a little over 2 months now and the one thing I'm always hearing is "saving face". It’s all about how people perceive you. You have to have nice clothes, a nice apt. and do not disrespect your elders but no one else matters.....The longer I'm here the more I realize is that China is not all that different than anywhere else, for except one thing. If the Chinese are all about saving face then why the hell do I always see people blowing snot rockets, spiting, pissing and yes puking on the streets. I can't tell you how many people do this here. They all start this at a young age too! The parents will hold their kids up in the air to let them pee no matter where they are (Yes, in a mall, on the subway). I have even seen a mom hold up there kid and let them crap RIGHT ON THE STREET like a dog. That is one thing I will never be able to get used to seeing. I love china!
